
I've been able to improve my relationship with my customers. Working towards making a good customer-brand relationship. Working with numbers and keeping appropriate financial records has also really improved. I have been able to create an ideal customer, focus on the target customer, and look for more in other to increase the customer base. More value delivery oriented and working towards increasing the value we offer and making our products more valuable and desirable.

Last month, precisely on the 29th, I attended a Business Growth Master Class, on behalf of my boss, at Hadi Consultancy Ltd. As a product-based business, we needed to scale up our sales and indeed this training was it for us. I employed just one of the strategies we were taught which is Value Delivery. We stepped up on that, and oh my! There's a particular client I have been marketing to for months now, and after the training, I went back and spoke to him. The training at Hadi was an eye-opener for me. So far I've been implementing the business growth strategies we were taught, especially the value delivery aspect, and focusing on my customers. I've been deliberate about ensuring that I retain the customers I currently have and work towards having more coming in and improving product quality. I'm paying attention more to details making sure every outfit gives the customer optimum satisfaction. Also as it relates to financials, I've been minding my money, keeping proper records watching to see how business is growing, and keeping accounts of my numbers like customers coming in and returning monthly revenues, profit, and expenses. I'm seeing a lot of improvement and I am really glad I attended the training.
